The Crown Building

Our first project in the USA; The Crown Building in Manhattan, is being developed to provide a bridge between the past and the present by converting and renovating it into a hotel & residence. One of the iconic buildings in New York and described as Manhattan’s Crown, because its copper roof with gold foil at the side looks like a royal crown, The Crown Building’s total construction investment value is 300 million dollars.

This historic building, which was built in 1921 and is a reminder of the old city, was the first high rise building constructed in Midtown, Manhattan. The height of this historical building, consisting of 2 cellars, 25 floors and a roof, is 126 meters. The renovation of the Crown Building will include 26 apartments, 83 hotel rooms, with a lobby, spa and pool, gym, restaurants and Jazz Club.
